Return Process

  Log into your Clobug account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original retail packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; remember to keep your tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
